PRIVACY NOTICE

Your plan sets are your livelihood. This notice states what we collect, why, how it is stored, and the lines we do not cross.

What we collect

When you request a review, we collect the information on the intake form — name, email, company, phone, project state, discipline, deadline, project location and details — and the files you submit: drawings, calculations and related project documents. Our intake system records an audit trail of each submission (what was received, when, and its routing) so an engagement can be reconstructed exactly.

How it is used

Submission data and plan sets are used to scope your engagement, perform the review, communicate with you about it, and maintain the professional record of the work. That is the whole list. We do not use your documents to market to third parties, train public models, or showcase your project.

Storage and protection

Plan sets are stored in access-controlled storage, transmitted over encrypted connections, and accessible only to the team assigned to your engagement and the systems that operate this service. No public upload directory exists: a file you submit is never reachable by a public link.

Sharing

We share submission information only with the licensed engineers and staff performing your engagement and with the service providers who operate the intake, storage and email infrastructure under their own security terms. We never sell personal information or project documents. We disclose information if required by law or by a licensing board with jurisdiction over the engagement.

Retention

Engagement records are retained for the periods professional practice, licensing-board rules and applicable law require for engineering work, after which they are deleted or archived under the same access controls. Intake submissions that do not become engagements are retained for a limited period for follow-up and abuse prevention, then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This site is a static site. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site trackers. If privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics are added, this notice will be updated first.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or its correction or deletion (subject to the professional record-retention duties above), by writing info@apexgrideng.com or calling (480) 490-0064. We answer every such request.
