Fastest path
The intake form on the home page is the fastest route: it captures the project state, discipline and deadline and takes the plan set itself, so scoping starts from the actual documents instead of a description of them. If you email instead, include the same five things — project state and city, discipline(s), sheet count, deadline, and any permit comments already received — and attach the set.
What happens next
Every inquiry is read by the scoping team. Submissions are checked for discipline, jurisdiction and completeness, and answered with a written scope and quote — or with a specific list of what is missing. If a project cannot be lawfully served in its jurisdiction, the answer says so plainly, at scoping, not after a fee.
